He goes over what is called Competitive Nominal and show how to test a filter 3,000 particles are introduced (those particles have a size of 5 microns: a very small contaminant. For Size comparison, a human red blood cell is about 5 microns across).

When using an average filter other than FG Wilson, out of those 3,000 particles 1,500 come out to the clean side. That's an efficiency of 50%.

   Provides superior protection against damage.
2. Vertical tube / molded center tube
   Helps protect powerful engines from difficulties and avoid collapse caused by a sudden difference between the internal and external pressures.
