Cabina de polímero - La Redefinición de Durabilidad

La nueva cabina de polímero en la Serie 400 de FG Wilson está hecha de diciclopentadieno (DCPD), un material que se utiliza para aplicaciones exigentes como el movimiento de tierras y la construcción.

Es duradero, no metálico y resistente a los impactos; se fabrica a través de procesos de moldeado por inyección de última tecnología; puede utilizarse en un intervalo de temperaturas de -40°C a 120°C.

El polímero es resistente a la oxidación y no se ve afectado por la exposición a combustible diésel, refrigerante y otros líquidos y tiene una resistencia incomparable a los impactos, tal como se ha demostrado con su uso intensivo en la construcción y la minería. 

 

Algunas de sus caracteristicas mas sobresalientes son:

 

•Al abrirse se tiene una vista de, prácticamente, 360º de la Planta Electrica o Grupo Electrógeno, para proporcionar acceso a la parte de arriba, a los laterales y a la parte trasera del equipo.

 

•La estructura de la cabina en dos componentes (capota y base) dispone de un techo inclinado para mejorar de manera importante la protección contra la entrada de agua.

 

•Los muelles de gas levantan y mantienen la capota protectora de la cabina durante cualquier tarea de revisión o mantenimiento.

 

•En el techo se garantiza el acceso a un punto único de izado (SPL, por sus siglas en inglés) a través de un tapón de acceso, con un sello de compresión, que facilita el acceso mientras se continúa proporcionando una protección óptima contra la entrada de agua.

 

•El sistema de escape silencioso se aloja dentro de la cabina para aumentar la seguridad del operador y optimizar la reduccion del ruido.

 

•El botón de parada de emergencia se encuentra convenientemente situado debajo del cuadro de control, en la parte exterior de la cabina.

 

•A traves de la capota se puede acceder al cuadro de control, con todos sus componentes y cableado.

 

•Las condiciones de funcionamiento del equipo se pueden controlar con facilidad por medio de la amplia ventana.
